Orders will be shipped within 5 business days with DHL.
We can NOT be held responsible for loss or damaged goods inflicted by the postal services. Damaged or lost goods can therefore not be refunded. By purchasing goods via our Bandcamp shop you agree with these terms. Unless otherwise agreed, we will be shipping your order without Track & Trace. If you would like to be absolutely certain that your order arrives safely and undamaged, please contact us BEFORE ordering. We will quote you for an extra secure track&trace and/or insured shipping method and add these extra expenses to your order.
Uncollected or returned orders because the provided address was incorrect / incomplete will be either refunded less the cost of the postage or, if the opportunity allows, we will contact you by email to offer the option of sending the order again provided we receive the full shipping cost again.
Due to Covid 19 we cannot estimate shipping time to different countries because many postal services like here in Germany can be much slower than normal.

If you are based within the EU: In accordance with the law, you have a 14 days ‘cooling off period’ on physical goods in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund minus Paypal and Bandcamp fees. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. Should you choose to cancel, we will refund your order within 30 days of your cancellation.
The item you wish to return must be unsealed (for example the folia of a Digipack).
If you want to return an order because of an error on your behalf or because of a defect, please contact us before sending it back. We then find of a solution like sending a new item etc. In most cases sending back a CD will make no sense because the shipping costs were higher
